65Its more than 5 years you are complaining about center is not giving the money for the development. how long you are going to enjoy the post. As i know you could not spent the whole money which was given for MNAREGA. You have spent only 28 per cent of the money. One thing i do not understand if you think there is problem with the system, why do you not build infrastructure to implement the plan properly. You are saying you would not take land from the farmer by force and don't want to make scene like west bengal. Why are you not making land bank which can be utilized when industry demands it. If you really want peasant should give you the their land, why don't you give sufficient money? why don't you make rehabilitation plan? I know you do not have intelligent people to make these plans, but intelligent people can be hired to just make your plan. Learn from the hariyana state how they are booming. how they have made the rehabilitation plan. now people are coming there forward to give their land.
You have already destroyed the education system of bihar by recruiting te teacher without any entrance test. If basic of a student is very weak till the 10th , no matter how much you make effort it is very difficult to make that child intelligent. mind is developed till he is in tenth.I know now its very difficult for you remove your shiksha mitra, but at least make review promotion rule and provide training those teacher. What will you answer to those children who will not able to qualify any entrance test and do not get job because of their poor basics?
Please stop people giving the people fish, teach them how to catch fish. Give them them the rod so that they can fish. Why are you giving the people grain free of cost? give them the job so that they will earn and buy the grain of their own choice. If center is not giving you the money, why do not you educate people? why do not make people about their rights. Give advertisement in the paper about center misbehavior. you have 205 MLAs tell them to make people know they are exploited by the center goverment. if people are aware they will get without your any efforts.
You have huge bihari youth with to set up business in the bihar. But you are not giving them the infrastructure. Please make the infrastructure as soon as possible. without industrialization you can not imagine a developed bihar.
You are following gram panchayat raj regime that is good. but why are you not making gram kachahry? You have indira awas, you give money to distribute money to poor people 35 thousands they real beneficiary hardly get 20 thousands. rest money is cosumed by your mukhiya. where will the poor people complain? Making people aware about the scheme and people rights is as important as launching scheme.

i go through your articles and found very enteresting the question of development needs lots of sacrifice and dedication which are not seen any where in bihar,it is hard to believe that biharis are doing lots of big or small business or in the other fields of life in the country they making there bihar proud but when they looks there own place after returning from some where they feel ashame,because of the govt servent attitude the public in short all walk of life is filled with corruption
Sir, I am retired army officer. I have been settled at lucknow . I belong to fazilpur avillage in Siwan District under Asaon police station.
I appliesd a to dg police Lucknow for a License for priivate security agency ,The applecation was sent to Bihar police by Up poloce lettr no.DG8-246(178)PAS(Lucknow)-112/2011dated20.4.2011. Till the date the verification letter has not yet reached to asaon Thana???

we know everyrequirement can't be fullfiled in a short span of time but we should focus atleast on the basic things on the basis of that we must be achive our goal to see a developed state.
as per my last visit to bihar bettiah(distirict) i see alot of improvment like Transportation and health sectors but there is a prime secotre that should be on top priority that is Education but it is still on low priority because if Education best then we can achive everything easly so please try to improve our Education system you concentrat more and more on this becaseu gradually our education system is going down becasue of these there is no future of our childeren who is living in bihar.

Honorable sir,
Let me confess with what feeling I pen these few line to you. In
consequence of having seen an article dated 19th June 2011, aptly
titled BIHARI ENGLISH, published in Hindustan times. I am keenly
interested and more than willing enough to compose this email to you.
Before depicting the devilish map of your Driver license department’s
inability to write a few correct lines in English. I kindly beseech
you to read this article attached first. It’s my frivolous request.
The ease with which they have showed there spark of brilliance is
exemplary. And it shocked me as a snow in Siberia. it roasted me
alive if you have ever have had the misfortune to read this
article then you would probably understand ,I am in tears as I
write this letter to you , I can neither stop crying like a sick cat
nor I can shake the sadness away. Candidly speaking honorable sir,
words fail to convey the intensity of grief’s ,tears , feeling of
guilt and shame this terrible article has caused me and I would
have to take it through my grave. Not to speak of an iota of correct
world I have not witnessed even any correct sentences in that terrible
article. Not an ounce of dignity has been awarded by the author of HT
because we have assisted them to create the discourse of this arena.
With profuse gratitude and profound grief I would like to tell you
that our drivers license department people are unquestionably
unqualified and incompetent worthless person they lack some basic
education too drop a few words in English . what sort of muddle
headed person could even dare to write in such a nonsensical
language’s I have never seen such a rude respect to grammar and
languages they are perfectly gibberish people cannot digest. Can
there be a any greater shame than that?
Defacing and defaming our images are there national pass time. .what
a valuable service they are offering to us. How come a person or
a department who is responsible to besmirch our reputation to
malign our image in to the global eye could even given a
semblance of honor.
Being a skilled linguistic fiercely proud Bihari & Under some
moral codes some ethical codes and with the feeling of
patriotism I dared to write this strongly worded letter because
I do believe that saying our mother land good or bad is like
saying our mother drunk or sober. With a hope beating inside
my heart that some blessing might fall, I urge your sense of
justice to view this matter as soon as possible. Given chance, I
would leave no stone unturned in serving our state more diligently.
I would deeply & sincerely appreciate if you let me have a reply as
soon as possible.
