Patna High Court is the main judicial court of the state of Bihar in Northern India. It was established on Feb 3^rd of the year 1916 which was later affiliated under the Government of India Act, 1915. The Patna High Court is situated in capital city of Patna, today the administrative capital of Bihar. Since the long and early years of its formation; it has carved a niche for itself in delivering justice, fearlessly and impartially. It has come a long way since its formation in 1915 as establishing itself as the true star for other branches of the state government.

In 1947 Bharat achieved Dominion position. On 26th Jan, 1950, it converted itself into a Republic and a Democarcy.
